Return and Refund Policy

At Kokoteeco, your satisfaction means everything to us. That’s why we’ve created a return and refund process that’s clear, straightforward, and customer-friendly.


Return Process

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. We will provide a prepaid shipping label in these cases.

For all other returns or exchanges, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send the item(s) back. All returned products must be in original condition, with tags, packaging, and any included accessories.

Important Notes

  • Customized, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For returns not related to defects or errors, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund—if it meets our return conditions—within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

If you have a defective item outside the 30-day window, please contact us to explore options for repair or replacement.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time for the refund to post.
  3. Consult your bank for further clarification.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items marked as sale or clearance are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser, who will also be notified.

For non-defective returns, shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and including your original invoice.
